The implementation standardized the handoff between external candidate capture and internal recruiting workflows.
Governance centered on centralized candidate records and defined access controls for recruiters and hiring managers, with process changes to standardize requisition creation, candidate evaluation stages and offer approvals. Reporting and audit capabilities within the Applicant Tracking System were configured to support compliance and hiring visibility across the organization. JobDiva ATS remains the primary system of record for ConsultNet’s applicant lifecycle management.
