In 2014, Continental Properties Company, Inc implemented RealPage Lead2Lease as a core Lease Management application for its multifamily portfolio. The deployment of RealPage Lead2Lease was positioned within a broader RealPage product stack to standardize leasing and intake across newly onboarded properties.
RealPage Lead2Lease was configured to operationalize lead-to-lease workflows, including lead capture and routing, application processing and applicant screening, online lease execution, and linkage to document management for leasing records. Configuration work emphasized templates and workflow rules aligned to onsite leasing processes and online leasing channels, while maintaining integration points to the companys Doc Management and Online Leasing capabilities.
The implementation was delivered as part of an integrated RealPage estate that also included Onesite, Level One, Marketing Center, Velocity, Yieldstar, OpsTechnology, Compliance Depot, and Leasing Desk Insurance. Deployment scope covered initial setup for each new multifamily property, ongoing configuration adjustments as properties came online, and day to day operational use by property managers and onsite teams.
Governance and operational ownership rested with a centralized RealPage product administrator who orchestrated initial setups, served as the primary escalation contact for property managers, and worked directly with RealPage representatives to resolve product issues. Since January 2015, the same governance model supported rollouts and training for additional RealPage products including OpsTechnology, LeasingDesk Renters Insurance, and Compliance Depot, with the administrator taking part in onsite training and ongoing functional support.
