In 2012, Continental Transport United States deployed Koerber Prophesy to support Fleet Management across its Ohio operations. The implementation used the Accellos Prophesy Dispatch TMS offering as the core dispatch and scheduling engine to manage a 32 truck fleet and to consolidate operational workflows for dispatch, billing, HR expiration tracking, and hazmat compliance.
The deployment configured dispatch modules and load planning capabilities within Koerber Prophesy, alongside billing and accounting interfaces to centralize invoicing and revenue capture. Functional controls for driver qualification and document expiration tracking were implemented to enforce hazmat compliance and to automate routine alerts for credential renewals.
Integrations included a direct integration with Teletrac GPS for live vehicle tracking and location telemetry, enabling centralized fleet tracking and dispatcher visibility. Operational coverage focused on fleet operations in Ohio, with business functions impacted including dispatch operations, accounting, human resources, and compliance management.
Governance and process changes consolidated dispatcher activities into the TMS workflow, reducing fragmented phone based coordination and centralizing data for accounting and fleet reporting. The integrated solution reduced daily dispatcher phone time by an estimated two hours per day and centralized accounting and fleet tracking to improve operational efficiency.
