Check run cadence and automation were established to perform check runs three times per week, and the system supported purchase order and invoice discrepancy resolution procedures to reconcile received product against invoices and purchase orders. Operational coverage included vendor statement reconciliation and monthly reconciliation of store management expenses for every location, and issuing payments for expenses and product received by all warehouses. The deployment also handled procurement tasks such as ordering and management of office supplies for the Tigard location, integrating procurement activity into the RFMS Accounting-led financial workflow. Governance and workflow design emphasized close collaboration with the CFO for invoice approval and check run reporting, and continual vendor communication to manage account discrepancies. The configuration adhered to vendor payment terms to ensure payments are received in a timely manner, with explicit operational cadence for commissions, check runs, reconciliations and expense workflows defined within RFMS ERP.
