The engagement delivered BI driven capabilities using Power BI, including an inventory planning framework for three separate warehouses and a suite of contracts reports. The team designed and implemented Contracts Information, Contracts Benefits, and Contracts Expenditure Power BI reports to enable executive level dynamic reporting, and established an inventory planning framework that reduced warehouse inventory value by 12 percent in two months while improving service level.
Operational coverage focused on Inventory, Purchasing, Contracts and Finance functions, with configuration and validation work embedded into test and rollout processes at the Tumbler Ridge site.
