The deployment covered the entire company and was adopted by finance sales product and customer operations to manage end to end communication for complex transport workflows involving packaging customs and temperature requirements.
The implementation used FrontApp shared inboxes to stage messages by shipment status and function, including New Requests UK Billing customs accounting and jobs mailboxes. Rules and automatic tags were configured to route messages by language and incident type, to assign owners, and to escalate items nearing SLA breach by moving them to a late reply queue. Teams also used internal comments within conversations to coordinate responses without exposing internal threads to external recipients.
