In 2020 Cordivari implemented NTS Informatica Business Experience as its ERP Financial core to centralize finance, production planning, logistics, sales order processing and administrative workflows. The deployment targeted Cordivari Srl across its four manufacturing plants in Italy and built on a long standing collaboration with NTS Project and SI/VAR partner Nts Ingenieurgesellschaft to align the implementation with the companys manufacturing and commercial complexity.
Cordivari configured NTS Informatica Business Experience to include management control with cost centers and value stream accounting, a product configurator on a neutral database for custom products, mixed production management combining push MRP and pull just in time, and customized MRP processing with a Work Center Synoptic to level and distribute work center load over time. The ERP Financial deployment also incorporated shipping management for territory and price list optimization and an EDI subsystem for exchanging order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices using the EDIFACT standard.
The implementation integrated the ERP Financial system with shop floor and product information capabilities, specifically introducing a Manufacturing Execution System to monitor machine performance and a Product Information Management system to centralize product data. Industry 4.0 data exchange was instrumented for work centers and automated warehouses, and a Digital Signage layer was provisioned to surface real time process synoptics on production area screens, configurable by work center and optionally by individual job.
Governance and process restructuring accompanied the technical rollout, with a complete revision of standard ERP procedures to reflect Cordivaris tailored workflows and ongoing collaboration practices established over 16 years with NTS Project. Configuration and customization were applied at the work center level to support mixed production modes, and operational rules were embedded in MRP, MES and shipping modules to standardize execution across sites.
Cordivari reports improved operational transparency and time savings following the NTS Informatica Business Experience ERP Financial implementation, driven by centralized product data, real time production visibility and integrated EDI and warehouse exchanges. The combined ERP, MES and PIM architecture positioned the company to better manage complex product variants and provide clearer customer information without claiming quantified performance metrics.
