Quadient Legacy YayPay by Quadient AR Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2020 2020 In 2020, CorneaGen implemented YayPay by Quadient as an AR Automation application. The deployment emphasized customer-facing self service and accounts receivable automation to streamline collections, billing and payment workflows. YayPay by Quadient was configured to provide an online portal where customers can access account details, make payments and submit requests on their own time, removing the need to share credit card information via email. Functional capabilities implemented include customer self service, electronic payment processing, automated billing workflows and collections orchestration, which reduced manual billing effort and improved transaction visibility. Operational scope extended beyond the finance organization to include sales and distribution teams, enabling cross functional weekly reviews to analyze results and identify collaborative actions to improve performance. All internal groups gained access to YayPay by Quadient for centralized receivables visibility, shifting internal cadence from infrequent touch points to regular reconciliation and collections planning. Reported outcomes tied directly to the implementation include billing time reduced from 20 hours a week to 2.5 hours, an efficiency increase greater than 87 percent, days sales outstanding reduced from 78 to 38, the value of invoices in the 150 day aging bucket reduced from $1.5M to $62K, past due invoices reduced from $5.5M to $2.1M and write offs due to customer non response decreased by 70 percent from FY21 Q1 to Q2. The initiative also supported business continuity and delivered working capital benefits while improving customer experience through online self service.
