In 2024, Corporate Fleet Leasing implemented Northteq's Aurora LOS and integrated it with TURBO-Lease from Better Programs for back-end lease accounting and servicing in the United States. Northteq served as the implementation partner and the stated integration objective was to eliminate manual data entry and improve operational accuracy across lease workflows.
Aurora LOS was configured to orchestrate origination workflows, customer intake, and contract provisioning, while TURBO-Lease served as the Lease Management application responsible for centralized accounting and servicing. TURBO-Lease handled lease accounting functions such as ledger posting, payment schedules, and servicing records to consolidate financial and operational lease data.
The implementation used system-to-system interfaces and synchronized data feeds between Aurora LOS and TURBO-Lease to automate contract and transaction handoffs, removing manual rekeying between origination and back-office systems. Operational scope included Corporate Fleet Leasing's accounting and lease servicing teams across its United States operations.
Northteq led integration design and deployment, defining handoff points, data validation rules, and governance for ongoing servicing and reconciliation. The rollout established new servicing workflows and operational procedures to reduce manual touchpoints and to formalize how origination data flows into the Lease Management layer.
