The deployment emphasized manager-driven workflows and employee development planning, enabling regular check ins and goal alignment across teams.
Operational coverage centered on Cortland’s HR and Talent Engagement & Inclusion functions, where the system was used to centralize the company’s performance development program and standardize review cadence. Integrations with other enterprise systems were not specified, therefore implementation detail focuses on embedding Reflektive workflows into existing HR processes and talent programs.
