In 2019 CorTrust Bank implemented Fiserv Precision Bank Platform to support Core Banking functions across its branch teller and retail banking operations. The implementation was configured to centralize teller processing and account servicing workflows, aligning the Fiserv Precision Bank Platform with frontline cash handling, account opening, and deposit/withdrawal transaction processing.
Configuration included teller processing and integrated account opening modules, deposit and withdrawal workflows, loan payment posting for mortgages, HELOCs and installment loans, overdraft protection handling, and transactional exception management such as Reg CC holds, stop payments, ACH and debit card disputes. The Fiserv Precision Bank Platform was also used to manage product lifecycles for CDs, Roth and Traditional IRAs, estate and trust accounts, and to process IRA contributions and distributions.
The deployment maintained explicit integration with the FISERV Network including Integrated Teller and Director Client platforms and was instrumented for direct use with a Teller Cash Recycler and branch imaging workflows for scanning and indexing customer documentation. Operational coverage included teller drawer, vault and ATM cash balancing, branch currency buy and sell from the Federal Reserve, domestic and international wire processing, check cashing and issuance of official bank checks, and general ledger referencing for teller balancing and offage handling.
