The implementation was configured to centralize teller processing and account servicing workflows, aligning the Fiserv Precision Bank Platform with frontline cash handling, account opening, and deposit/withdrawal transaction processing. Configuration included teller processing and integrated account opening modules, deposit and withdrawal workflows, loan payment posting for mortgages, HELOCs and installment loans, overdraft protection handling, and transactional exception management such as Reg CC holds, stop payments, ACH and debit card disputes. Operational coverage included teller drawer, vault and ATM cash balancing, branch currency buy and sell from the Federal Reserve, domestic and international wire processing, check cashing and issuance of official bank checks, and general ledger referencing for teller balancing and offage handling. Operational governance emphasized daily cash handling controls, auditing and safeguarding of teller and vault activity, phone based customer service and transaction routing, and document proof scanning into customer profiles. Frontline staff activity records show CSR III usage in Sioux Falls from June 2020 to June 2022 operating the Fiserv Precision Bank Platform for branch transaction processing and account maintenance.
