In 2010, Corus Hotels deployed NGA PWA Empower HR as its Core HR platform. Operational coverage extended across Corus Hotels properties in the United Kingdom, with the platform used by HR teams to run payroll related activities and by operations managers to manage compliance and audits. The estate-level HR teams utilized NGA PWA Empower HR in tandem with Omni, maintaining coordinated end to end processes between the two systems for payroll and HR case workflows.
