Operational scope was venue-level at St Enoch, covering front of house operations, marketing and guest experience teams, with the CRM supporting both service workflows and social engagement activities. Governance and rollout were managed through venue operations and marketing, using phased configuration of EPoS bolt-ons and CRM engagement rules to align service staff workflows and promotional cadences. Publicly reported outcomes included strong customer engagement and viral social traction, with approximately 1.5 million TikTok views following the venue opening.
