The implementation configured OpenText Intelligent Capture to support high-volume scanning, automated OCR, structured data extraction, classification and validation workflows. Capture rules, verification checkpoints and metadata indexing were emphasized to create authoritative, searchable records and to feed downstream content services for retention and compliance.
Captured content was integrated with OpenText Documentum and OpenText Documentum xCP for enterprise content management, and OpenText Brava! was used for document viewing and redaction workflows.
