In 2019, Digitl implemented Mission Labs CircleLoop as its cloud first PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems solution to support an office move and enable mobile working. The deployment emphasized a single telephony platform to reduce infrastructure complexity during relocation and to provide mobile softphone access for a distributed workforce.
The Mission Labs CircleLoop implementation was configured to deliver core PBX capabilities including inbound routing, shared numbers, voicemail and call queuing, combined with click to call integration and call analytics. Configuration prioritized CRM linked call reporting and session level call detail that feeds into HubSpot for click to call workflows and analytics, enabling sales activity to be captured alongside customer records.
Operationally the rollout focused on the Manchester growth agency environment and broader UK deployment, covering sales and operations functions and mobile users who needed remote telephony. Integration with HubSpot was implemented to create CRM driven call workflows and centralize call reporting for sales and operations transparency.
