The implementation emphasized operational orchestration and candidate funnel visibility to help scale sourcing activities where hundreds of students were sourced and interviewed each semester. Greenhouse ATS was integrated into the program orchestration to reduce manual handoffs and standardize selection workflows used by campus representatives and hiring managers.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with Streak CRM, Asana, Slack, and LinkedIn Recruiter Campaign Manager to align sourcing, task management, and community engagement.
