The system supported HR functions including recruitment administration, site OH and S training and inductions, workers compensation processing and return to work coordination, and management of VEVO and immigration related employee records. Governance and compliance were formalized as part of the rollout, with the HR team responsible for policy drafting, internal document control and supporting internal and external audits by Price Waterhouse Cooper and client audits. The Mitrefinch Time and Attendance implementation was managed end to end by site HR leadership, aligning timekeeping workflows with employee relations, succession planning and leadership development responsibilities at the Longford site.
