Rollout was staged across CPXi’s commercial organization with a centralized CRM administration model, formalized data governance and defined record ownership and workflow rules to maintain data quality and consistent sales processes. Oracle NetSuite CRM was positioned to centralize customer data for commercial operations and downstream analytics while supporting sales and account management business functions.
