In 2017 Craig & Rhodes implemented Xero as its ERP Financial application to manage core accounting, receipting, and reconciliation workflows. The deployment centered on using Xero for day to day bookkeeping while maintaining invoice receipting activity in the firm’s project management system Abtrac and in Xero, with reconciliations performed daily and consolidated reporting provided to the Office manager each month.
The implementation emphasized accounts receivable processing, daily bank and payment reconciliation, and month end financial reporting within Xero.
