| FIS Global | Legacy | SunGard Asset Arena | Portfolio and Investment Management | Investment Management | n/a | 2010 | 2011 | In 2010, Crédit Mutuel Asset Management completed deployment activities for SunGard Asset Arena as a Portfolio and Investment Management implementation focused on institutional investment accounting and client reporting processes. The engagement included multi-year on-site consulting and account management activities that culminated in production stabilization in 2010. SunGard Asset Arena Investment Accounting was implemented alongside Asset Arena Warehouse and Asset Arena Client Portal modules, with explicit workstreams for accounting ledger configuration, data warehousing for position and transaction history, and client facing reporting. The program also included a technical upgrade path for the AAIA investment accounting schema, executing an AAIA GP3v2 to AAIA GP3v3 migration and ongoing configuration of the investment accounting engine. The project delivered country-specific tax rule support through deployment of German and Austrian tax figures, reflecting localized tax reporting and withholding calculation requirements within the SunGard Asset Arena environment. Operational coverage was centered on the Région de Paris on-site delivery model, and functional impact extended to finance, tax, operations, and client services teams responsible for recordkeeping, reconciliations, and client reporting workflows. Governance and program management included a steering committee with executive follow-up, day to day supervision of one to two consultants, administrative controls for billable time and maintenance work, and coordination with internal finance for billing. Project sizing cited approximately 350 man days for the Warehouse and Client Portal installation and 120 man days for the tax figures deployment, with ongoing daily business monitoring and management of change requests within SunGard Asset Arena. |
