Operational coverage concentrated on HR and payroll functions within the Dubuque site, with benefits administration workstreams centralized in the HR team. The project explicitly offloaded COBRA administration to iSolved Benefits Services, aligning vendor services with internal benefits processing and compliance responsibilities. Governance and process changes converted paper forms to electronic enrollment and onboarding workflows and adjusted HR approval touchpoints to support system-based processing. The move to iSolved Benefits eliminated paper-based processes for onboarding and benefits enrollment and improved hiring and compliance while shifting COBRA processing to the vendor to reduce compliance risk.
