In 2020 CRIBIS deployed Cisco Webex Meetings to add hosted conferencing capability directly on its corporate website. The implementation uses Cisco Webex Meetings as an Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution to support client engagement and virtual meeting workflows for the professional services organization.
Cisco Webex Meetings was configured to provide browser based and app based meeting joins, multi party audio and video, screen sharing, and host controls typical of enterprise conferencing. CRIBIS uses Cisco Webex Meetings for scheduling and live session delivery from its public site, enabling external clients and partners to initiate and join sessions without separate portals.
Operationally the deployment centers on website embedding and public facing meeting orchestration, positioning Cisco Webex Meetings to handle client facing consultations and remote collaboration. Governance is exercised through the Webex management plane for host permissions and meeting configuration, while meeting orchestration and scheduling remain aligned with client engagement processes.

In 2016 CRIBIS implemented Apparound to modernize field selling and standardize seller workflows. Apparound was deployed as an All-in-one Sales application providing a mobile sales force automation solution that equips sellers with an app for tablets and smartphones, enabling on-device selling and structured negotiation support.
The implementation focused on mobile selling capabilities common to the All-in-one Sales category, including a centralized mobile catalog, configurable sales scripts and guided selling, quote generation and order capture, and sales content delivery for use during customer meetings. Configuration emphasized ease of use and immediate adoption by sellers, with the Apparound user interface configured to match CRIBIS sales processes and negotiation rhythms.
Operational rollout targeted the company sales organization and all field sales agents, embedding the Apparound application into day-to-day commercial activities. The implementation scoped device usage on tablets and smartphones and aligned seller workflows with the application, creating a single point for deal progression and customer-facing materials.
Governance included adoption training and process alignment to ensure consistent use across the sales force, and the Apparound deployment delivered immediate adoption by all the sales agents. The solution produced immediate success in negotiations and presented a more professional customer-facing experience for each seller, while centralizing seller tools under the Apparound All-in-one Sales application.

In 2015, CRIBIS deployed Akamai CDN to accelerate delivery of content on its public website. CRIBIS implemented Akamai CDN, a Content Delivery Network, to support customer-facing web pages and static assets across its corporate site.
The implementation centered on standard CDN functional modules including edge caching, global content distribution, SSL TLS termination at the edge, cache invalidation workflows, and origin shielding for the web origin servers. Integration work focused on routing user requests to Akamai edge nodes through DNS cutover and configuring origin connectivity between the website infrastructure and Akamai for cache fill and purge operations. Operational scope covered web operations and marketing owned web properties, with governance practices established around centralized cache policies, certificate management, and documented purge and rollback procedures for content deployment to ensure predictable behavior of the Content Delivery Network.
