In 2019 Cromology implemented Pitchy Platform to support HR led video communications for recruitment and employer branding. Cromology used Pitchy Platform as a Video Editing application to produce campaign assets during a recruitment program managed from the Clichy HR office, covering regional candidate sourcing and interview reporting between October 2019 and June 2020. The implementation centered on templated video production and scripted communication assets typical of Video Editing solutions, with the Pitchy Platform used to create job advertisements, candidate facing videos, and employer brand clips. Video tutorials were produced in tandem with Apowersoft to generate how to and onboarding materials, and standard packaging of brand elements was applied to ensure consistent corporate identity across assets. Operationally the work was embedded in the recruitment workflow, with HR managing distribution of advertisements, telephone and in person interviews, and exit interviews while using video content created on Pitchy Platform for outreach and candidate engagement. The video assets were published to Cromology career pages and external channels including Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Regions and Jobteaser, and the initiative ran alongside a SmartRecruiters implementation project in recruitment tooling. Governance remained HR centric, with recruitment reporting to hiring managers and integration of personality test analysis into selection processes, while Pitchy Platform assets were coordinated with recruiter activities and employer branding plans. The deployment emphasized content production, campaign orchestration, and embedding Video Editing outputs into recruitment and internal communication functions.
