The solution is embedded in the hotel website payment flow and is administered via an operational dashboard used by revenue management and finance staff for daily reconciliations and settlements. Operational scope is limited to the Crowne Plaza Singapore property and its direct online reservation channel, with administrative controls scoped to hotel finance and front office roles. Rollout in 2024 proceeded with phased activation of live payments and staged administrative access, accompanied by updated payment handling policies and role based access controls to govern transactions and refunds. Prommt Payments serves as the property level Payment Processing system for online guest payments at Crowne Plaza Singapore.
