Cloud CIRCUS led the implementation and coordinated delivery of the public site and order capture flows, aligning the solution with Cruise Online marketing and sales operations in Japan. The project operated across web marketing and commercial teams and served as the primary channel for inbound customer inquiries and order capture for the virtual restaurant product. The Cloud CIRCUS led implementation delivered immediate inquiries that converted to orders and served as a catalyst for broader DX efforts within the company. Blue Monkey CMS remains the operational Content Management system supporting ongoing web marketing and online ordering initiatives for Cruise Online.
