In 2017, Crunch Pak implemented ADP Payroll under the Payroll category to centralize payroll processing and recordkeeping. The ADP Payroll deployment supported computerized biweekly payroll operations for business units including Food Service Slicing and Dovex, processing payroll data for 75 plus employees in Food Service Slicing while linking payroll activity to finance for general ledger posting.
Functional modules and processes implemented with ADP Payroll included employee record management, tax withholdings and filings, voluntary deductions and garnishments, PTO accrual processing, and preparation and reconciliation of W-2 forms as well as quarterly and annual tax returns. The Staff Accountant responsibilities documented in the environment covered reconciliation of 401k employee contributions and employer match, preparation of general ledger entries submitted to Finance, and coordination with Accounts Payable where intercompany invoice and receive activity averaged approximately 500K.
Operational coverage centered on Cashmere Washington sites and payroll administration for the specified departments, with user training and operational support provided for ADP Payroll and Enterprise eTime. Enterprise eTime was used alongside ADP Payroll for time capture and user assistance, and governance emphasized reconciliations, GL submission workflows, and cross functional data requests between payroll, finance and accounts payable.

In 2016, Crunch Pak deployed Aptean JustFood ERP as its core Food Manufacturing ERP. The implementation followed a formal RFP managed by an independent IT consultant, who selected the JustFoodERP version of Microsoft NAV and directed the migration and rollout activities.
Configuration work encompassed more than 20 custom modifications to Aptean JustFood ERP, aligning system workflows with Crunch Pak manufacturing operations. Functional emphasis included recipe and formulation controls, lot traceability, quality management, inventory and production scheduling, and core financial modules consistent with Food Manufacturing ERP capabilities.
The technical deployment was supported by an IT infrastructure upgrade that installed Microsoft Server 2012 and Microsoft Systems Center 2012 to host and operationalize the application environment. Operational coverage targeted manufacturing sites along with corporate finance and IT, and the independent IT consultant managed the migration sequencing to reduce operational disruption.
Governance and oversight included the formal RFP process, consultant-led migration management, and an IT operational audit whose findings were reported to the CEO to inform ongoing support and operational governance.
