No third party integrators were specified, the deployment remained within Shiji Cambridge PMS capabilities and CTG operational ownership, while finance, front desk, reservations and housekeeping functions were the primary operational stakeholders. As part of rollout governance, CTG participated in Shiji led training at The Kimberley Hotel in December 2024 to prepare staff for Hong Kong HAT tax changes and to operationalize new billing and compliance procedures. The training and centralized configuration were positioned to standardize operational workflows, assign governance for billing and tax settings, and ensure the Shiji Cambridge PMS configuration supported regional compliance needs.
