Operational use relied on a Kronos/EWM Manager program used daily by payroll administrators and store managers to run paycheck calculations, apply manager adjustments, and validate payroll runs.
Governance was structured around payroll and store HR teams, with manager level approvals and standard operating procedures for payroll cutoffs, exception handling, and schedule to pay execution. The implementation emphasized retail pay rule configuration and routine use procedures, aligning system configuration with store level operations and centralized payroll administration.
