| Channel Software | Legacy | Channel Software CSX eCommerce | eCommerce | eCommerce | n/a | 2022 | 2022 | In 2022, CUI implemented Channel Software CSX eCommerce to build a modern B2B eCommerce site and an integrated product catalog, deploying an eCommerce platform to serve its dealer network. The initiative targeted dealers across the northeastern, eastern, and southeastern United States with the primary goals of improving self-service and reducing phone and email order volume. The Channel Software CSX eCommerce implementation included an integrated product information management capability and a catalog configured for B2B ordering workflows, dealer-specific catalog visibility, and transaction capture. Configuration work focused on catalog structure, SKU mapping, pricing rules, and front-end order entry optimized for distribution channel use cases. The project delivered ERP integration with Infor CSD and an integrated PIM as described in the case study, creating synchronized flows between the storefront, product catalog, and back-office systems. Integration was used to reconcile web-driven orders and to accelerate warranty and claims processing through coordinated record updates between CSX and Infor CSD. Governance and operational scope centered on dealer enablement and order management processes, shifting sales and customer service activity toward self-service digital channels. The implementation reported a 75% year over year increase in web-driven orders and faster warranty and claims processing, reflecting measurable adoption of the Channel Software CSX eCommerce platform by CUI’s distribution channels. | |
