In 2020 Culligan Water began implementation of IFS ERP. The program targeted IFS Applications 10 deployed as IFS Cloud hosted infrastructure and was scoped to commercial units including Paragon in the United States and FilterPro in China, positioned within the ERP Financial category.
The IFS ERP deployment concentrated on core ERP Financial capabilities, with configuration work aligned to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset management, and financial reporting workflows typical to the application category. Configuration, Reports, Integration and Modification development served as the primary delivery model, with custom reports and technical modifications coordinated to meet Culligan business accounting requirements.
Technical coordination was led by an IFS Technical Solutions Manager contracted via WIA Systems Inc, who provided technical designs, integration oversight, and acted as the primary technical point of contact during deployment and post go-live support.
