Technical coordination was led by an IFS Technical Solutions Manager contracted via WIA Systems Inc, who provided technical designs, integration oversight, and acted as the primary technical point of contact during deployment and post go-live support. Integration and CRIM activities were used to manage interfaces, report development, and technical training to align IFS ERP with operational processes across the scoped entities. Governance emphasized configuration control, CRIM development tracking, and structured handover with technical training and post-go-live support plans. The implementation successfully went live in June and July 2021 for the scoped entities, delivering a centralized IFS ERP platform to consolidate finance operations across the specified sites.
