Governance and process changes included instituting working capital agreements among 20 entities to enable upward cash movement for debt repayment, participation in annual treasury audits, and embedding covenant analysis and debt compliance into routine controls. The treasury team retained direct accountability for daily global treasury operations, and Kyriba Treasury was used as the platform to standardize controls, mentoring, and operational workflows for analysts and senior staff.
Explicit outcomes recorded during the program include enabling global cash visibility across the enterprise and receipt of the Alexander Hamilton Award for Cash Management in 2012. The Kyriba Treasury implementation also supported LBO due diligence for new private equity owners, coordination of due diligence for three acquisitions including two US companies and one international acquisition, and participation in negotiations for multi-currency credit facilities including a 250 million dollar facility and a 350 million dollar refinancing with a 100 million dollar revolver.
