| Microsoft | Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Curaleaf implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as its ERP Financial system. The implementation concentrated on finance-led workflows supporting month-end close, intercompany accounting, fixed asset management, and retail cash reconciliation.
The project included development and automation of journal entry templates for mass-upload covering prepaids, fixed assets, revenue, and cash. These templates were instrumented inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to standardize journal creation, reduce manual entry, and improve consistency across close cycles. Intercompany journal entry processes were reviewed and assisted specifically for month-end close purposes to reconcile balances across business units.
Fixed assets were transferred from Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, consolidating asset records into the ERP Financial ledger and preserving depreciation bases. Curaleaf worked with retail leadership to develop a centralized cash log template for daily entry from retail locations, feeding standardized cash data into the ERP Financial system. The finance team reviewed and audited third party vendor activity related to payment processing and cash transfers, providing corrective feedback to regional leadership to address accuracy issues.
Governance changes established standardized templates, centralized cash entry procedures, and formal review workflows to support disciplined month-end close and intercompany reconciliation. The automated journal templates explicitly assisted in reducing month-end close time.

| Greenhouse | Legacy | Greenhouse ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Curaleaf implemented Greenhouse ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, on their corporate website to centralize candidate intake and online job posting. The deployment positioned Greenhouse ATS as the front end for web-originated applications and career site workflows across recruiting touchpoints.
Greenhouse ATS was configured to support standard ATS functional modules including job requisition publishing, candidate application capture, applicant tracking and pipeline management, interview orchestration with structured scorecards, and offer management. The implementation included configuration of hiring stages, custom application forms, candidate profiles, and reporting dashboards to support recruiting operations and Talent Acquisition workflow management.
The implementation used cloud hosted application delivery and integrated the career site as the primary sourcing channel, ensuring that applications submitted on Curaleaf's website flow into Greenhouse ATS for processing. Operational coverage centered on Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and hiring managers who use the system for requisition approvals, candidate review, and interview scheduling. The deployment also anticipates downstream handoffs to HRIS and onboarding systems as part of standard hiring lifecycle orchestration.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with Greenhouse ATS driving standardized recruiting workflows, access controls for recruiter and hiring manager roles, and formalized interview and evaluation processes. Training and phased adoption aligned recruiting teams to the new Applicant Tracking System workflows and governance, establishing the ATS as the primary source of record for candidate data and hiring activity.
