In 2024 Curalta onboarded dozens of acquired podiatry practices onto ModMed Podiatry, including ModMed Practice Management. Curalta implemented ModMed Practice Management as a Medical Practice Management solution to centralize billing, eligibility checks and coding consistency across the acquired practice network.
The deployment focused on standardizing revenue cycle workflows and clinical coding controls, with configuration workstreams to enforce uniform coding templates and eligibility verification processes. Functional capabilities emphasized in the rollout included centralized billing operations, automated eligibility checks and consistent coding rules to reduce variability in claim submission and follow up.
Operational scope covered Curalta Foot + Ankle practices across a large Northeast rollout, with onboarding described as ongoing in the source case study. Governance changes aligned clinic level scheduling and charge capture to a central revenue cycle operations model, and process standardization targeted both clinical staff and billing teams to ensure consistent coding and claims handling.
