The implementation configured core Google Workspace modules including Gmail for corporate email, Calendar for scheduling, Drive for file storage, and Docs, Sheets and Slides for collaborative content creation. Administration was handled through the Google Workspace Admin console with domain-managed accounts, group aliasing and shared drive configuration to support team-level collaboration and document lifecycle controls.
Google Workspace was adopted across core business functions, used by engineering, marketing, customer success and operations for communication, document collaboration and calendar coordination.
