Lightspeed Commerce Legacy Lightspeed OnSite Point Of Sale ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Cycle Country deployed Lightspeed OnSite as its Point Of Sale platform for its retail operations in Salem, Oregon. The implementation positioned Lightspeed OnSite as the transactional system of record for sales and inventory at the single-store retailer. Lightspeed OnSite was configured to support core point of sale and inventory management workflows, including sales transaction processing, part and model verification at check-in, invoicing for in-store and marketplace sales, and inventory reconciliation used during the storewide annual count. The implementation also supported product cataloging activities such as photographing merchandise and labeling shelves to improve retrieval, with Lightspeed OnSite used by staff to verify stock on hand and to invoice items sold through alternate channels. Operational coverage extended to the store’s shipping and receiving function, where a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk received packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac, inspected and checked in contents against shipping invoices and orders, and distributed verified items to departments. The Lightspeed OnSite Point Of Sale system was used to record inbound receipts, generate invoices for customer and employee shipments, and track items listed and sold through the store’s eBay workflow, while physical packing, weighing, and postage label generation remained part of the store’s shipping processes. Governance and workflow changes centered on establishing Lightspeed OnSite as the authoritative source for inventory counts, enforcing part number verification at receipt, formalizing shelf labeling and warehouse organization, and integrating invoicing into both in-store and marketplace sales workflows. Day to day responsibilities for receiving, returns processing, and inventory validation were operationalized around Lightspeed OnSite as the primary Point Of Sale application.

Kenect Legacy Kenect Brand Management CRM n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Cycle Country implemented Kenect to manage customer-facing communications and online reputation tasks. Kenect is deployed on CycleCountry.net, embedded in the retailer's website to capture inbound messages and solicit customer reviews, aligning directly with Brand Management objectives. The deployment targets the online storefront and primary customer touchpoints rather than back-office systems. The Kenect configuration focuses on Brand Management capabilities including web messaging, review collection and display, and customer engagement workflows, configured to centralize incoming web leads and review signals into a consolidated inbox. Settings emphasize lightweight administration and template-driven responses appropriate for a 30 employee retail organization, with content and review publishing managed through the Kenect application. Integration scope is limited to the website as the primary digital channel, with operational coverage spanning customer service and sales functions across Cycle Country's United States retail operations. Governance is organized around store management and marketing staff who oversee messaging workflows and review response processes, maintaining continuous monitoring and updates within the Kenect Brand Management instance.
