The implementation emphasized policy issuance automation and rate orchestration to support underwriting and policy administration. The implementation included explicit integrations with MajescoMastek STG Suite and Cincom Eloquence for document generation and policy issuance orchestration, enabling internal users and external agents to accelerate the generation of policies, invoices, cancellation notices, mailer reports and internal control reports. The integrated solution focused first on batch oriented policy issuance and was planned to extend real time communications into claims and customer service areas. Governance centered on centralizing pricing logic and product governance to standardize rating decisions and improve speed, accuracy and personalization of customer communications as described by company leadership. Cypress positioned Majesco P&C Enterprise Rating as the pricing and rating platform while leveraging Cincom Eloquence for customer and agent communications to support its modernization roadmap.
