In 2022, Daclaf implemented Apple Pay on its website as a Payment Processing option for online checkout within its Mexico-based consumer packaged goods operations. The deployment focused on integrating Apple Pay into the e-commerce payment flow to provide an Apple ecosystem wallet payment method alongside existing checkout options.
The implementation used Apple Pay on the Web components, including merchant validation, the Apple Pay JS payment request surface, and handling of platform-issued payment tokens. Configuration work included provisioning merchant identifiers and web certificates, mapping Apple Pay payment tokens to Daclaf order payloads, and adding client-side checkout logic to surface Apple Pay buttons and authentication prompts.
Operational integration centered on the web storefront and backend order processing pipeline, with server-side endpoints implemented to receive and forward payment tokens to Daclaf’s payment processing flow. The implementation was scoped to online sales channels, with attention to cross-device behavior for Safari and iOS clients and the Apple Pay user authentication experience.
Governance efforts addressed payment workflow changes and checkout UX updates, including merchant validation procedures and certificate lifecycle management required by Apple Pay. Rollout was executed as a web channel integration, with implementation artifacts focused on secure token handling, order mapping, and ongoing certificate and merchant identity maintenance.

In 2015 Daclaf implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) to standardize collaboration across its Mexico operations. The deployment addressed core Collaboration needs for the 250-employee consumer packaged goods company.
The implementation of Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) focused on core modules including Gmail for corporate email, Google Drive for document storage, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for authoring, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Google Meet for virtual meetings, managed through the Google Workspace admin console. Administrative capabilities such as Groups for distribution lists and Vault for retention and eDiscovery were provisioned to support corporate communications and records management. Role based and delegated administration were configured to separate IT administration from business unit ownership.
The architecture was a cloud hosted SaaS model under a single corporate domain with centralized user provisioning, directory management, and mobile device management through the admin console. Deployment scope covered corporate functions including sales, marketing, finance, and operations across Daclaf's Mexico sites. Data sharing and external collaboration controls were applied at the domain and group level to align access with business processes.
Governance emphasized administrative role separation, group based sharing policies, and standard account lifecycle procedures managed in the Google Workspace admin console. Rollout followed a staged onboarding approach starting with core office units then expanding company wide, accompanied by user training on collaboration workflows and document ownership. The narrative reflects a configuration centered on Google Workspace as the primary Collaboration platform for Daclaf.
