Dallara Technographics, Software Purchases, AI and Digital Transformation Initiatives
Discover the latest software purchases and digital transformation initiatives being undertaken by Dallara and its business and technology executives. Each quarter our research team identifies on-prem and cloud applications that are being used by the 600 Dallara employees from the public (Press Releases, Customer References, Testimonials, Case Studies and Success Stories) and proprietary sources.
During our research, we have identified that Dallara has purchased the following applications: Cisco Webex Meetings for Audio Video and Web Conferencing in 2021, HCL Digital Experience for Web Content Management in 2014, Citrix SD-WAN for SD-WAN in 2018 and the related IT decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Our database provides customer insight and contextual information on which enterprise applications and software systems Dallara is running and its propensity to invest more and deepen its relationship with Cisco Systems , HCL Technologies , Citrix or identify new suppliers as part of their overall Digital and IT transformation projects to stay competitive, fend off threats from disruptive forces, or comply with internal mandates to improve overall enterprise efficiency.
We have been analyzing Dallara revenues, which have grown to $123.0 million in 2024, plus its IT budget and roadmap, cloud software purchases, aggregating massive amounts of data points that form the basis of our forecast assumptions for Dallara intention to invest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, Autonomous Database or in cloud-based ERP, HCM, CRM, EPM, Procurement or Treasury applications.

| Citrix | Legacy | Citrix SD-WAN | SD-WAN | IaaS | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Dallara implemented Citrix SD-WAN to create low latency, secure connectivity between its headquarters in Italy and its engineering center near Indianapolis, enabling transatlantic collaboration on computer aided design. The deployment targeted engineering collaboration as the primary business function, providing anytime access to proprietary CAD files for roughly 120 workers in Italy and 30 workers in the United States, and positioned Citrix SD-WAN within the company network architecture to unify global access.
The implementation centered on a Citrix stack integrated with Citrix SD-WAN as the network delivery layer. Citrix XenServer was deployed as the virtualization platform to deliver near native application performance, Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp were used to provision virtual workstations and deliver CAD applications with desktop responsiveness, and Citrix CloudBridge technology was leveraged to mitigate transatlantic latency. Citrix NetScaler App Delivery Controller provided application level security and load balancing, and Citrix XenMobile enforced data protection for smartphones and tablets.
Sinthera, a Citrix partner, designed and implemented the architecture within weeks, configuring device access for laptops, Dell Wyse thin clients, and mobile devices, and consolidating a single repository of proprietary data accessible from both sites. Integration focus was on application delivery, session consistency for shared screen work on CAD, and WAN optimization to reduce inefficiencies caused by geographic separation.
Governance emphasized secure delivery and operational continuity, with access controls and app delivery policies driven by NetScaler and XenMobile, while XenDesktop and XenApp supported standardized virtual workstation images for engineering workflows. The stated outcomes include secure, seamless connection across continents, minimized latency and inefficiencies through CloudBridge SD WAN features, and the ability for engineers in Italy and America to collaborate on the same screen with near native responsiveness.
