Operational governance relied on a centralized core model and template replication to enforce consistent picking, packing, and dispatch procedures across the site network. Rollout sequencing began in Samara and extended across the Russian footprint, with governance focused on remote validation of site readiness and standardized operational procedures supporting warehouse operations and supply chain planning functions. |
