COATS Staffing Software Applicant Tracking System was deployed to support on-site recruiting, new hire processing, and job order management at the Arlington, Texas operations. The implementation centered on core Applicant Tracking System functions, including creation and maintenance of employee and candidate profiles, processing new hire paperwork, scheduling and recording interviews, and adding employees to job orders. The system was used to present training orientation content, document terminations and injuries, and maintain rosters, while supervisors tracked employee absences, points, and hours within COATS and adjacent spreadsheets. Operational use was site focused, with an on-site supervisor and HR specialist using COATS to manage a contingent workforce of more than 400 employees at the Arlington site, and to generate daily attendance reports. COATS was operated alongside ADP for hour adjustments, and alongside Insperity for HR administration, with Word, Excel, and Google Docs used for live spreadsheets and documentation, and governance practices included daily reporting, on-call supervision, and roster maintenance workflows.
