Workflow modules were configured to enforce transaction approvals and reconciliations.
Configuration included General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Project Costing, Order Management, Inventory and Workflow. Oracle E-Business Suite provided the application framework for project costing, procurement processing and order to cash controls. Implementation work emphasized module configuration, transaction mapping and cost capture for projects.
Operational coverage extended across finance, accounting, engineering, tax, purchasing, IT and operations, with the application supporting order management and inventory processes for those functions. Project teams managed day to day activities and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Applications while integrating project accounting into financial close and procurement workflows. Cross functional coordination was a core aspect of system usage and operational rollout.
Project governance included supervising project team members, detailed project plans, budgeting, regular project status reporting and steering committee meetings. The program managed upgrades within Oracle Applications and the implementation of Oracle Projects through coordinated project and program management. The implementation was completed on time and on budget.

Training and process alignment were implemented for managers and HR staff to embed Sterling Background Check into existing onboarding, performance review oversight and employee relations procedures.
