Configuration and adoption work focused on provisioning Poly Clariti to manage conference endpoints, automate meeting workflows, and support end-user training and device handover to local IT and business owners.
The deployment was on-premises and operated within a resilient network architecture composed of Cisco switches and routers, a new Cisco WIFI installation with guest access, and a virtualized server platform based on Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V hosting approximately 300 servers. Identity and facility access were integrated with Active Directory, and conferencing infrastructure was coordinated with other programme elements such as digital signage integration and follow-me printing to support unified workplace workflows.
Governance followed weekly reporting to the Group Head of IT, Project Director, CEO, and HR Director, and included a comprehensive training and handover plan to local IT and business owners. The overall IT programme was delivered on time and within a £4,000,000 budget, and the transition was recognized by senior leadership under the programme name Programme Seamless.
