| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud | Customer Engagement | CRM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 | In 2016 Darwish Holding implemented Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud to centralize customer interactions and loyalty workflows, aligning the deployment with the company retail operations and Customer Engagement objectives. The Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud implementation sat alongside Oracle E-Business ERP R12, Oracle Retail, and Oracle cloud CRM components including ORCE and Responsys, forming an integrated application stack to support retail CRM and after sales operations. The implementation covered functional modules and capabilities including Oracle Tele-service, Field Service, Contract Service and Property Management, with Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud configured for customer management, promotion creation and loyalty system setup. Workstreams included configuration of service logic for service centers and call centers, loyalty enrollment and promotion lifecycle management, and functional and technical ownership of property leasing and contract service processes. Integrations and operational coverage were explicit, with the team operating Oracle Responsys for campaign orchestration and coordinating the 22miles wayfinding system on mall directories for Lagoona Mall operations. Operational scope spanned after sales, customer support, property leasing operations, service centers, call centers and leasing and service contract administration, maintaining CRM and retail data flows between Oracle Retail Customer Engagement Cloud and the broader Oracle application landscape. Governance and runbook activities were managed through day to day functional support and troubleshooting, collection and validation of business requirements, and preparation of requirements and design documents plus use and test cases. The project team acted as subject matter experts and IT escalation points, delivering user guides and release notes and providing operational guidance to business stakeholders while managing both functional and technical aspects of the implemented modules. |
