The project also coordinated the full implementation of the 22miles wayfinding system on mall directories, linking mall navigation and leasing operations into the broader retail technology footprint. Operational governance centered on formal requirements and design artifacts, with the functional consultant collecting and validating business requirements, preparing requirements and design documents and developing use and test cases. The implementation included preparation of user guides and release notes, designation of subject matter expertise for escalation, and day to day functional support and troubleshooting processes to maintain operational continuity. Day to day operations were supported by onshore functional ownership that managed Oracle Tele-service, Field Service, Contract Service and Property Management at both functional and technical levels for Service Centers, Call Centers, leasing and Lagoona Mall operations. The role provided ongoing validation of configuration, user support and issue escalation, ensuring the Oracle Retail (ex Retek) solution remained the primary Retail Management system supporting Darwish Holding business functions.
