In 2020, Anderson Audiology implemented TIMS Audiology ERP. The TIMS Audiology ERP deployment addressed Medical Practice Management needs for the 20 employee audiology clinic and was delivered and supported by Computers Unlimited.
Deployment focused on core practice management capabilities typical to the category, including patient scheduling, billing and claims processing, clinical documentation, and inventory management, aligned to ambulatory audiology workflows. Configuration emphasized clinician facing templates for audiology testing and administrative workflows for front desk scheduling and payment processing. The implementation adopted a consolidated architecture suitable for a single clinic environment to centralize patient and operational data.
Integrations were focused on internal practice workflows rather than broader enterprise systems given the practice scale, with TIMS Audiology ERP serving as the primary system of record for clinical and administrative data. Operational scope covered clinical staff, front desk operations, and billing functions at the Anderson Audiology site in the United States. Computers Unlimited provided implementation and ongoing support, and practice lead Janet Gitersonke reported that when support escalations reached named resource BJ, issues were resolved and service restored.
Governance centered on practice level process standardization for intake, appointment management, and billing workflows to reflect TIMS Audiology ERP configuration. Post implementation support and escalation procedures were established between Anderson Audiology and Computers Unlimited to sustain operational continuity.
