Flatiron Legacy OncoAnalytics Clinical Trial Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Dayton Physicians Network expanded its relationship with Flatiron and continued deployment of OncoAnalytics as part of a broader Clinical Trial Management initiative. The implementation was explicitly focused on clinical research and clinical trials, and it supported value based care reporting for Oncology Care Model and MIPS across the organization’s U.S. network. OncoAnalytics was configured to provide centralized clinical operations reporting and analytics, supporting trial portfolio oversight, patient enrollment tracking, study workflow orchestration, and outcomes reporting for quality programs. The work included co-deployment alongside Flatiron OncoEMR and OncoTrials, and the Oncology Care Model services were used to align clinical data with value based care metric reporting. Operational coverage targeted oncology clinics and clinical research functions across Dayton Physicians Network’s U.S. sites, with data flows coordinated between OncoEMR, OncoTrials and OncoAnalytics to reconcile clinical encounter data, study eligibility and trial enrollment records, and OCM/MIPS quality measures. Integrations remained within the Flatiron application suite to enable a unified Clinical Trial Management and reporting stack for oncology research and value based care. Governance emphasized centralized reporting, standardized trial intake and study governance workflows to support expansion of the trials network. The stated outcomes of the implementation were to grow the organization’s clinical trials network and to improve operational efficiency in clinical research and value based care reporting.
