Governance and workflow adjustments centered on centralizing shift management and consolidating post event staffing reviews into regular operational planning. Staffing decisions, including requests to the Director of Events and security vendor coordination, were routed through the ABI MasterMind Workforce Manager driven schedules and post event expense and incident documentation informed future staffing plans.
