The implementation covered reconciliation workflows such as the company charity account and day to day payment and refund processing, positioning Infor SunSystems as the financial system of record for these activities. Governance and process responsibilities were centralized, with sole accountability for booking prepayments and accruals and a requirement for timely completion of month end duties.
