The deployment configured core ProcessPro capabilities for formula and recipe management, real time inventory tracking, and a warehouse management system, together with R&D sandbox functionality to support new recipe development and product expansions. Functional coverage included order entry through manufacturing, packaging, shipping, inventory and accounting to provide end to end plant operations orchestration. Operational scope focused on plant production, quality and regulatory compliance, inventory and warehouse operations, and finance, reflecting the Manufacturing ERP emphasis on batch process manufacturers. Deco-Chem maintained ISO certification and the upgrade was positioned to reinforce certification controls, while the company’s independent subsidiary Davis Chocolate was included in the rollout to assist with SQF certification support. Governance and process changes emphasized recipe control, lot traceability, raw material management and configuration of compliance workflows, with the sandboxed R&D environment separating development from production.
