In 2023, Decolar implemented Cubiq Vivet to add face-to-face video sales and advisory sessions to its online travel funnel. Cubiq Vivet is a Customer Engagement application used to enable live video consultations aimed at increasing conversions and average ticket for packaged travel across Decolar's Latin American e-commerce and tourism channel.
The deployment centered on Cubiq Vivet's video conferencing and scheduling modules, configuring advisor-facing consoles, customer-facing booking widgets, session recording and analytics components to support consultative sales. Implementation included session orchestration and workflow automation to route customers to specialized travel advisors and to attach consult notes to customer records.
Integrations were configured with Decolar's e-commerce checkout flow and customer data systems to ensure appointment booking and conversion events were linked to purchase flows, and the implementation covered sales, e-commerce and customer support teams across Latin America. The Cubiq Vivet application was embedded in packaged travel purchase journeys to provide advisor-triggered upsell opportunities and assisted sales touchpoints.
Rollout included phased orchestration of advisor schedules, agent training on video selling techniques and governance rules for session handling and data capture. The project explicitly targeted increasing conversions and average ticket for packaged travel, with operational controls to manage advisor assignments and session quality.
