Operational coverage included finance and inventory administration activities managed at Brioude, where inventory campaigns ran across 120 stores and 3 depots with 3 million parts in stock from April 2014 to September 2016. During that period inventory teams achieved a DI rate reduction of 11 percent, recovered €400,000 through management of negative references, and recovered €60,000 from transport dispute resolution while overseeing a team of six employees. Kyriba Treasury provided the treasury and cash workflow infrastructure within the broader finance and operations toolset at Defi Mode.
